NEW RELEASE TUESDAY – OLD NEWS

As a prelude to my Black Friday extraveganza – I just thought I’d point out something you may not have noticed.  Today – two TV show contestants released their debut albums, just in time for the holiday shopping season, Adam Lambert from American Idol , and Susan Boyle from Britains Got Talent .

Their cover designs are somewhat similar I thought…

Why are they holding their heads?

What are they thinking about?

Reminded me of a little known album that was realeased in the early 90’s…

Not many people remember that MaCauley put out an acapella album of old school Austrian holiday music.  Problem was, his voice was just starting to change and every song sounded like a bad Peter Brady  impression.  Plus, they were sung in German – so most of them were actually sort of frightening.

Bonehead’s recording career was hampered by lawsuits after the release of the following…

Seems Mac Culkin’s people thought he owned the rights to posing with your hands on your face in a look of over-stated fright.  Plus, the South Yaphank Senior Ladies Guild took issue with my comical use of a white wig.  Seems they were also offended by some of my song titles;

I still don’t know what they were so upset about.
